Have you ever thought of yourself as a certain age, only to brought quickly back to reality when you realize that a year that was just around the corner was over 20 years ago?
Yeah, I think we’ve all been there.
But as those years creeped up on me, it was getting harder and harder to insist I was still among the twenty-somethings as my hairline kept creeping backwards.
It was time to do something about it. I did my research, and there were tons of products and gimmicks available that sounded promising to the follicularly challenged (the balding, in plain terms!). They ranged from strange to downright creepy. And I’ll sheepishly admit that I tried most of them.
A few years, many dollars, and lots of lost hair later, I was worse off than when I started. A friend suggested that I look into some more natural treatments, and I haven’t looked back since.
This started a journey for me of lasting healthy living. While my hair isn’t as full as it was in college, and I haven’t found the fountain of youth, I’ve determined to live out the years I have left feeling good.
While I’m not an expert, I do have a lot of experience in healthy living. And I look forward to sharing that with you here.
